Music and entertainment by The Oyster Boys followed by Boogie Nights.

Spectacular Arcana opening ceremony followed by introduction of Guests and Oyster Festival Queen.

Food available for purchase until 11.00pm

The 2008 Ultimate Oyster Gala Celebratio

Official opening ceremony with Arcana. Introduction of Queen and Special Guests. Entertainment includes Carmel Dempsey and Band, Black Magic Big Band, Galway Tenors, Lightning Strikes, Keith and The Show Band Show and sensational dance spectaculars.

Admission by pre-purchased ticket only which includes the following; Seafood Chowder, Soup, Oysters, Seafood Platter, Hot Plate, Barbecue Food, Wine, Liqueur, Tea/Coffee & Entertainment.

Minimal charge on Guinness product in accordance with sensible drinking directive.
